He has more than 22 years experience and has accumulated over 600 hours of continuing education in hearing testing, anatomy, physiology, counseling, cerumen management, hearing instrument fittings, dispensing, hearing instrument repairs, hearing instrument assembly, psychology of the hearing impaired, and acoustic modifications. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married for 25 years and they have a daughter, Ashley (24). His hobbies are Golf, Amateur Radio and Reading.
