Jerry Richards, BC-HIS, ACA

is licensed by the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri; Is Board Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences; Is a member of the International Hearing Society; is a member of the Arkansas Hearing Society, and is a certified Audioprosthologist. He has more than 25 years  experience and has accumulated over 700 hours of continuing education in hearing testing, anatomy, physiology, counseling, cerumen management, hearing instrument fittings, dispensing, hearing instrument repairs, hearing instrument assembly, psychology of the hearing impaired, and acoustic modifications. He has served as a member of the Arkansas Hearing Society and Oklahoma Hearing Aid Association boards and is currently Vice-Chairman of the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers, a governor appointed position. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married for 28 years and they have a daughter, Ashley (27). His hobbies are Golf, Amateur Radio and Reading.

Ruth Coleman, BC-HIS

is licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma; Is Board Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences; is a member of the Arkansas Hearing Society, and has over 19 years experience in Hearing Instrument Dispensing. She has accumulated over 300 hours of continuing education in hearing testing, hearing aid fittings, dispensing, anatomy, counseling, cerumen management, and acoustic modifications. She has 2 children, Stacey is a Registered Nurse and resides in California, and Jon, is a cook who resides in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Kevin Graham, BC-HIS

is licensed in Arkansas; Is Board Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences; is a member of the Arkansas Hearing Society and the International Hearing Society; has an associate degree in Hearing Health Care from ASU Mountain Home. He currently serves as Vice President of the Arkansas Hearing Society.  He and his wife, Corrie, have been married for 11 years and they have an infant daughter, Emma.
