He worked to find me the best ones I could get using my insurance and I am beyond happy with the ones I received. From the color, to the easy of switching levels are perfect for me, and the fact they are rechargeable is just great! Just got my new aids this morning. The first thing I noticed was the softness of the molds. My old ones were a bit painful. Not enough to stop wearing the aids but enough to not forget I was wearing aids. The second was voices were coming to me a bit clearer. I’m very satisfied with these aids. Hopefully they won’t keep changing modes for no reason as my old ones were doing. So far so good. Will use Graham hearing service for my hearing needs.
